This introductory programme is set up in 7 stages over 7 weeks of mentorship. Our sessions are set up through zoom or face time with each session lasting approximately just over an hour. I would ask that this time is set aside with no distractions so we can focus on each step of the climb.
What You’ll Learn
Each week will consist of focus on each part of your climb so we can reflect on the week and push forward to tackling those fears and climbing towards our higher self.
This programme will be tailored towards the individuals’ goals and how we can create solution. How we can achieve and make the changes to life so we can live in the moment and develop personal growth daily.
Course Content
WEEK ONE - The Path
Week one looks at what we can release and what we want to retain in our life. Through release we can step forward and direct our energy to the higher path.
WEEK TWO - The Desired Path and Start of the Ascent
We reflect and go on the search for clarity with full support form your mentor in week two. A step closer to the higher self.
WEEK THREE - The Mountains Shoulder
This week we reflect and look at the view. This week consists of gratitude for what we have within our lives so we can push forward with the thought of gratitude and strength.
WEEK FOUR - The Push
Week four is all about our higher self, our visions and self-belief for positive change.
WEEK FIVE - Set Course
How do we get to the summit? Set course and time to navigate with determination and belief.
WEEK SIX - The Climb
This week is about action, time to get doing. Visualisation to creation.
WEEK SEVEN - The Summit
Admire the view and observe the mountain you have climbed over the last seven weeks. We then plan our next ascent, our next mountain to climb.
